Information You Send Us
When you use the contact form, you give us the details you type into it: your name, your email address, your phone number if you add one, and your message. The form also sends the page it was submitted from.
Each submission is recorded by the service that runs our forms and emailed to A&J Locksmith so we can reply. We use these details only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up about the job you asked about. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
If you call (316) 869-3892 or email ajlocks613@yahoo.com, we receive what you choose to share in that call or email and use it in the same way.
Spam Protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check run by Cloudflare, to tell real visitors from automated programs. To do that, Turnstile may process technical details about your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser type. That processing is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Reviews, Media and Hosting
Customer reviews shown on this site are loaded from a reviews feed that displays reviews already published elsewhere. Loading them does not send your contact details anywhere.
Photos and other media on this site are delivered from a content delivery network, and the site itself is hosted by a third party. Like any website, these services receive standard technical information when your browser requests a page or a file, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, and may keep it in short term logs for security and reliability.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
This site does not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of your visits. The spam check on our forms may use the minimum technology it needs to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before they go live.
How We Protect and Keep Your Information
We keep form submissions and emails only as long as we need them to answer your request and keep reasonable business records. We use reputable service providers and limit access to the people who need the information to do their work. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or passwords through the form.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request by email or phone, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
